Position Overview
This is a seasonal position located at our Membership Entrance. Under the direction of the Membership Manager, the Membership Services Representatives will admit members through the Zoo’s front gate, ensuring prompt, efficient, accurate and friendly customer service and are devoted to providing visitor service in a variety of capacities dependent upon business needs. They also act as membership sales representatives, capturing new sales, processing membership cards, and promoting upgrades as well as providing a clear explanation of membership discounts and benefits. Will operate a computer/register and credit card processing equipment.
