John Ball Zoo is open every day except Christmas Day.
**Please note: the Admissions Gate closes thirty minutes prior to our closing
time.
Summer Hours - May 16, 2009 through September 13, 2009: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Winter Hours - September 14, 2009 through May 19, 2010: 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Group discount rates are available for the summer season only and must be ordered in advance. Click here for more information.
Strollers and Wheelchairs
*Strollers can be rented at the front gate admissions booth. The cost is $5 for a single stroller and $7 for a double stroller.
*Wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge on a first-come first-served basis.
*Electric wheelchairs are now available. The cost is $22. They are available on a first-come first-served basis.
