- Purchase a membership online. (for Gift Memberships please see below)
- Print off a form and send it by mail to Membership, John Ball Zoo Society, PO Box 2506, Grand Rapids MI 49501-2506
- Call and sign up over the phone by dialing (616) 336-4312 or 4311 during business hours Mon - Fri 8am until 4:30pm
- Stop by our Membership Office or Sales window at the front entrance of the zoo from May to September (9am to 5pm) or during the winter season from September to May (10am to 3:30pm).
Please note: member cards will be processed and mailed out promptly to be received within 14 business days
Purchase a Gift Membership
Memberships make great gifts for any occasion! Memberships can be used for free admission to John Ball Zoo as well as free or reduced admission to over 140 Zoos and Aquariums nationwide. Your recipient will receive a subscription to the Zoo News magazine so they will know all the latest happenings at the Zoo, invitations to Member events and special exhibit openings, and discounts on Zoo events, education classes, at the gift shop and concessions, and seasonal experiences.
To renew or purchase a gift membership enter the RECIPIENT'S information and then you will be prompted for your GIFT GIVER information at the end of the purchase.
